Refunds and Returns

Once you receive your item and feel that you would like to return, please let us know within 7 days of receipt, for us to get back to you. Any shipping costs to return product will be at the cost of the customer, any refund provided will be subject to our policy and procedures and that the product has not been damaged in any way.

TopSpin Professional Tennis Training LLC will not be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit on return.

Once goods are accepted and are in the same condition as delivered we will issue you a refund or credit your account within 7 days of receipt.
